CCTV Control Room Operator / Patrol Officer

• Ensuring the safety of our client’s staff, their buildings, their assets and the general public through continuous and effective security surveillance.
• Monitor and respond to CCTV activations ensuring the correct escalation process and reporting systems are followed.
• Ensuring that reports are captured accurately inline with the site reporting procedures.
• Answer inbound telephone calls professionally, quickly and effectively ensuring information is extracted and logged out of hours
• Ensure all tasks that are assigned are carried out to a high standard in line with company and customer requirements.
• Communicate with crime partners to alert of any crime or anti-social behaviour

• An ability to act calmly and make decisions in difficult/crisis situations and a fast paced environment
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Hold both SIA DS AND CCTV License essential.
• An ability to write out incident reports for management/clients
• Be an excellent team player
