Onboard Security Officer - Maritime

Bidvest Noonan are seeking security officers to join our team as a Maritime onboard security officer. Working for Bidvest Noonan you will ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew is of top priority whilst onboard our clients vessels. You will be a calm and patient person with a high level of communication and de-escalation skills as well as able to deal with issues confidently. Previous security experience is preferable however successful candidates will receive full training. A Level 2 Door Supervisor licence is required for this role, expenses paid for subject to agreed employee terms and conditions.

Full training is required for this role which includes but is not limited to

• Control and Restraint
• Conflict and Resolution
• First Aid
• AED
• Customer Service skill
• Level 2 Door supervisor accreditation

The use of force maybe required in this role to maintain control and order whilst on our clients’ vessels.

0 - hour contract working approximately 16 hours per week, ( Saturday & Sunday ) for our client onboard company vessels.
