About the Role
Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a number of Security Relief Officers for a healthcare environment. This role is best suited to individuals who are organised, reliable, experienced in security, and capable of delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should be comfortable working in situations that may at times be pressurised or high‑stress.
Key Responsibilities of the Security Relief Officers:
- Provide excellent customer service with fluent English communication
- Act as a professional ambassador for both the company and the client
- Attend work punctually at designated times
- Follow all on‑site security protocols
- Operate within the control room (experience essential)
- Report directly to the client on site daily
- Support emergency services as needed
- Work both day and night shifts as required
- Complete clear and accurate on‑site reports
- Liaise with Bidvest Noonan Management and the National Call Centre regarding any security issues
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Key Requirements of the Security Relief Officers:
- A 5‑year verifiable work history
- Legal entitlement to work in Ireland (valid work permit if applicable)
- Valid PSA licence with Garda Vetting
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent English
- Ability and flexibility to work 12‑hour shifts
- Flexibility to work night shifts is advantageous
