- Escalating issues where specialist support is required.
- Supporting the wider Facilities team when needed.

- Good attention to detail and a safe approach to work.
- Ability to follow instructions, site procedures and basic documentation requirements.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to support different facilities tasks depending on site needs.
- Willingness to complete site training and work in line with client requirements.
Desirable but Not Essential
The following would be an advantage, but full site training will be provided where required:
- Experience working on a pharmaceutical, GMP, cleanroom, manufacturing or regulated site.
- Experience dealing with contractors or vendors.
- Experience using a helpdesk or maintenance system.
- Trade qualification or relevant maintenance background.
Working Environment
The role is based on a client site and will involve working across office, plant and operational areas. Some areas may require specific site training, PPE or cleanroom procedures before access is permitted.
All work must be carried out safely, professionally and within the candidate’s level of training and competence.
