Retail Relief Security Officer 

Want to become a member of our Security team? You will ensure that exceptional service levels are provided to our clients and customers and carry out the appropriate defined security processes and procedures in accordance with our policies.

Average 42 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, Travel to sites will be expected, Sites Range from Newry, Omagh Derry/Londonderry, Ballymena to the Belfast area 

£14.50 per hour with company car

£15.50 per hour inclusive of mileage, if you wish to use your own car

Varied shift pattern including Days & Nights and Bank Holidays depending on client location, flexibility required.

Essential Criteria for Relief Security Officer

· SIA Door Supervisor License with First Aid

· CCTV License (optional)

· Driving License with own transport

· Previous experience essential Additional essential information required.

· 5-year checkable background

· Valid Passport

· Full Birth Certificate

· Proof of National Insurance

· Proof of address i.e. Utility Bill within past 3 months

Main Purpose of a Relief Security Officer

· Bidvest Noonan have the unique opportunity for delivering the security service for our prestigious clients within our Retail sector, and for the day-to-day protection of persons and property.

· Ensure client premises and surrounding area is safe and secure by carrying out patrols internally and externally on site and permitting only authorised personnel;

· Proactively monitor our clients’ properties, respond to and identify suspicious activity and capturing footage of an evidential nature if required using a body worn camera;

· Maintain a log of all incidents and provide written and verbal reports to the Contract Manager and report any suspicious items or activities;

· Respond to emergency incidents following the agreed procedures;

· Be fully flexible to support the rostering requirements to fulfil the operational requirements of the client.

· Demonstrate and encourage trust, integrity and collaboration with all our colleagues and our client;
