CONTROLS FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Role: BMS / CONTROLS FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Qualifications: National Craft Certificate – Electrical

Experience: +3 years within a similar role (Proficiency in/or ABB Cylon / Tridium / Trend / Distech / TAC)

Location: Dublin area plus Nationwide when required

Type: Permanent

Salary/Rate: DOE

Candidate Requirements:

• Knowledge of other BMS systems an advantage, but not essential.
• Be client facing with good communication skills.
• Must be electrically qualified with HVAC experience.
• Should be pro-active and be able to work under own initiative.
• Should be familiar and be able to adhere to site rules and Health & Safety policies.
• Work will involve mainly service and maintenance works but there will be some Installation, commissioning of Building Management Systems.
• Team player with good time keeping and communication skills.
• Positive attitude essential.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in BMS systems, graphics and programming.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in the use of the following Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint, along with Mbus, Modbus and bacnet protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Good Team player that can use their initiative.
• Compliance with Health & Safety Legislation.
