• Coordinate third-party contractors, maintaining compliance with QEHS and GMP procedures.

• Monitor contract performance, manage issues, and present KPIs for client sign-off.
• Drive performance metrics and encourage innovative solutions to optimize contract efficiency.
5. Health and Safety:
• Maintain and promote a strong health and safety culture.
• Review risk assessments and oversee contractor compliance with permits and site procedures.
6. Project Support:
• Lead and manage site-related projects, including out-of-hours work when necessary.

About the candidate 

1. Education and Experience:
• A third-level qualification in a related sector (desirable).
• Previous experience in GMP environments is essential.
2. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Computer literacy and familiarity with facilities management tools.
3. Leadership and Problem-Solving:
• Proven people management and communication skills.
• Initiative and self-motivation to resolve issues effectively and safely.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver continuous improvement.
