Title: Cleaning Supervisor/Team Leader

Salary: £16.16
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00
Overview of Role:
To support the Site Manager in the supervision of the Bidvest Noonan cleaning team on site and ensure the smooth delivery of exceptional cleaning and related services, to a first-class standard with health and safety at the forefront of every task.
The role involves working closely with the Facilities Manager (FM) and Workplace Experience Manager to ensure that cleaning standards align with LinkedIn's expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To monitor and maintain the cleaning standards for the contract as laid down in the specification.
- To monitor janitorial duties being delivered across the site and ensure frequencies and standards of servicing are sufficient for client needs.
- To ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations by deploying staff appropriately.
- To embrace the One Team ethos of the site in dealing with other facilities suppliers and in constant consideration of the impact our activities may have on other stakeholders.
- To report any building faults to the Building Services team and apply signage as appropriate.
- To escalate incidents or areas of concern to the Site Lead.

- Ensure the cleaning team are carrying out cleaning tasks in addition to reactive tasks throughout the day
- Adhere to COSHH regulations
EHSQ Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all employees are compliant with company policies in relation to Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
- To comply with the Company accident reporting procedure and assist promptly and accurately in the completion of all relevant documentation
Staff Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the Supervision of the Cleaning Operative on your designated area/teams.
- To develop good working relationships with employees and amongst employees in order to engender a strong team spirit amongst the cleaning team.
- To disseminate information on a daily basis to Cleaning Operatives.
- To ensure that employees project a professional image in their dress, behaviour, attitude, and method of working.
- Ensure a seamless and harmonious one team approach
- Good level of spoken English and understanding of written English required whilst at work and carrying out duties for reasons of Health and Safety
