Role Overview

Bidvest Noonan is hiring an Operations Support Lead to join our Industrial and Specialist Services Division. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational and team leadership skills. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, managing administrative processes and staff, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. This person will report into Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Support Lead:

• Lead and coordinate the admin function within the Industrial Division
• Delegate and manage workload across the admin team
• Prepare essential documentation (RAMS, Start-Up Forms, insurance documents, etc.)
• Manage invoicing and generate reports for key clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
• Support recruitment, credit control, and project delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams and business units nationwide
• Assist with scheduling via the TASK application
• Ensure high standards of service and compliance with company policies
• Participate in regular operations and review meetings
• Communicate updates and escalate issues to senior management

Key Requirements of the of the Operations Support Lead:

• 2–3 years in a similar operations or administrative support role
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Experience managing and delegating within a team
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• A proactive, team-player mindset
