Cleaning Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills as well as passion for cleaning and for people and likes to be hands-on.

• Fully understand specification and implement on site
• Understand KPI/SLA's and achieve these on a monthly basis
• Support with cleaning, additional work and recycling if required 
• Understanding of all Site Cleaning Managers responsibilities and completing these in the managers absence
• Support with training, toolbox talks, job charts, competency based assessments, self certs and return to works
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Managing core team to ensure best performance and expectations being met, rota's/scheduling being followed
