Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor
Location: Ards Shopping Centre, Newtownards, Co. Down
Hours: 45 hours per week (5 out of 7 days, early mornings,1 late night & 2-3 Saturdays per month)
Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll help meet key performance indicators, NPS targets, colleague engagement and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• People Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development through the Pathway to Success programme. Promote a positive culture of reward, recognition, and well-being.
• Client Engagement: Be the primary client contact, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs. Drive NPS improvements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Operational Excellence: Work with leadership to address challenges, innovations, and implement business changes along with maintaining market awareness and contributing to a green agenda.
• Trust & Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, promoting trust and collaboration to secure future opportunities.

Key requirements:

• At least 2 years in a supervisory/management role in support services
• Proven experience in operational excellence, client relationships, and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and a can-do attitude
