GMP Operative

We are looking for a GMP Operative to join our team on the morning shift. This role involves assembling vial boxes and dividers, ensuring they meet operational requirements, and supporting GMP cleaning activities, including cleaning of cold rooms. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations to confirm the required quantities of boxes and dividers while maintaining compliance with GMP cleaning standards.

Shift Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30
• Friday: 06:00 - 13:30
• Occasional 5am start may be required upon request.

  Responsibilities:

• Assemble vial boxes and dividers according to specifications, ensuring they are prepared in the required quantities.
• Communicate with operations to confirm daily box and divider requirements and adjust workload accordingly.
• Follow high-level GMP cleaning procedures to maintain compliance.
• Perform manual sanitization of materials and equipment as per SOP.
• Carry out cleaning of cold rooms, ensuring all procedures are followed to maintain required hygiene levels.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficiency.
• Accurately complete and sign off logbooks.
• Use correct products, tools, and equipment to carry out duties safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
• Follow Health & Safety rules at all times.
• Wear the correct gowning and PPE as per site requirements.
• Comply with waste disposal and environmental safety protocols.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.

  
  

  Key Requirements:

• Flexibility to work overtime if required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in GMP cleaning (1 year minimum).
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of GMP cleaning experience.
• Experience with safe handling of materials.

Language:
Fluent English (required).

Licences/Certifications:
Legal authorization to work in Ireland on a full-time basis (required).
