Caretaker role

We are looking for a Caretaking Operative to join our team.

As a caretaking Operative, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality service to our client. Working in a team, you will be responsible for a range of activity from plant room high level dust control, buffing, spill kit replenishment , carpark and site litter picking, window cleaning, carpet washing, and much more.

The candidate will need experience of ground maintenance duties, however further training is provided, as well as a positive attitude to health and safety and good communications skills.

Key Responsibilities 

• High level dusting
• Site litter picking
• Buffing
• Confidence working in or around the public
• Window cleaning
• Carpet washing
• Spill kit replenishment 
• Near Miss Reporting
• Health & Safety Compliance

Qualifications and skills required  

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience in grounds maintenance
• Experience in working in a busy, demanding environment and providing a high-quality service
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
