Mobile Gas Engineer/ Plumber

Key Responsibilities

• General plumbing duties
• Maintain & repair a large range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipment
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment including hot (DHW) and cold water systems, LPHW/LTHW systems, pressurisation units, pump sets.
• Carry out Preventive and predictive maintenance works.
• Maintain PPM & Reactive maintenance records electronically and written where required.
• Follow instructions and update records by verbal, written & electronic means.
• Ability to quote reactive and recommended repairs.
• Adhere to our Health & Safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Respond to Out of Hours and Emergency Service Requests.
• Co-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross skilling and other job related competencies.
  
  

  Candidate Requirements

• Min +3yrs relevant experience
• National Craft Certification, RGII - essential
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Aptitude for process awareness, diagnostic/trouble shooting experience
• Good team player that can use their initiative
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, Computer skills essential.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• “On-Call” work in hours and out of hours required.
• Safe Pass
