A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Security Officers, who will work at our client’s premises in Bantry Hospital, P75 DX93

Night Shifts but may required to do days from time to time,

Week 1 would be 5 Shifts from 19.00hrs to 07.00hrs

Week 2 would be 2 Shifts from 19.00hrs to 07.00hrs

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our client and our client’s tenant’s.

The Security Officer is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.

Duties as a Security Officer

Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

•   Strong communication skills both written and verbal
•   Excellent time management
•   Smart, well-groomed and confident
•   Conflict Management aware
•   High level of customer care awareness
•   Telephone skills
•   Familiar with patrolling and monitoring
•   Confident in complying with Health & Safety and fire prevention procedures
•   Must have a PSA Licence

Job role requirements as a Security Officer

• Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
• Have knowledge of Assignment Instructions (AI’s)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer/Client focused.
• Proven experience in Corporate Security or relevant role,
• Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner.
