Temporary Cleaning Supervisor

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Temporary Cleaning Supervisor based in Ulster University Magee Campus.

This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic candidate with exceptional cleaning standards. The main purpose of the role for the Cleaning Supervisor is to ensure that all areas and team meets the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.

Location:

• Ulster University – Magee University

Hours of work:

• Part time permanent
• Monday to Friday 06:00 - 12:00hrs
• £13.51 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all areas of cleaning schedule/checklists are completed as required
• Ensure safe and correct use of cleaning machinery and chemical
• Ensure the Team is achieving the required cleaning standards, by carrying out workplace inspections using the company auditing tool
• Assess the performance of the team and identify training needs
• Ensure equipment is clean and well maintained
• Respond to clean requests as required
• Ensuring Cleaning team are complying and adhering to policies, procedures and instruction
• Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site 
• Conduct regular staff briefings Toolbox talks etc

Key Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning environment
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• The provision of customer service is paramount, and customer care is a key element of the role.
