Contract Manager

Role Overview

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Contract Manager for one of our prestigious contracts in Co. Clare. The Contract Manager will manage a soft services contract, ensuring the delivery of services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual agreements.

This role focuses on overseeing operations such as cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with client expectations. This position will report into the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:

• Contract Management: Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and budget management. Handle contract renewals and negotiations.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise delivery of soft services, develop operational plans, and monitor quality control procedures.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary client contact, build relationships, and report on contract performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop contract and subcontracted teams, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulations, prepare performance and financial reports, and manage audits and corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement innovations, and drive service optimisation.

Key Requirements of the Contract Manager:

• Proven experience in managing soft services within the FM industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in financial and contract management.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
• Knowledge of working in an airport is desirable.
• Good working knowledge of H&S in the workplace is essential.
