Security Cover Officer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Cover Officer, covering holidays and sickness

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high Quality duties and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

This is an active and visible role requiring strong customer service competence. Client interaction is significant and excellent relationship management skills are required.

Duties as a Security Cover Officer

• To greet all guest promptly, completing all related security procedures and offering all appropriate services to guest to ensure a pleasant visit.
• Booking and signing in staff and visitors per day
• Replying to emails and requests
• Escalate any concerns regarding service or area to Bidvest Noonan Management
• Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
• To undertake any reasonable request and be flexible in approach to work patterns
• To be aware of evacuation exits and emergency procedures
• Ensure that reception area is well kept and maintained to a high standard
  
  

• A valid SIA Licence - Door Supervision/Security Guarding
• Be able to handle weight, equipment, people, and patrol effectively by foot
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer/Client focused
• Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.
• Handling multi-line phone systems,
• Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner
• • Have a calm personality and be capable of controlling difficult situations
  • • Be able to work independently, but also as a member of a team
