About The Role

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire an Experienced Cleaning Account Manager for one of our prestigious corporate clients in Belfast City Center.  This position will suit an experienced, organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and keen on driving excellence and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management:
    Oversee and manage cleaning budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Ensure cleaning operations meet or exceed contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Staff Management:
    Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Client Relations:
    Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and Task Management:
    Develop and manage cleaning schedules, allocate tasks to staff, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    Track and analyze cleaning performance, identifying areas for improvement and preparing reports for management.
  • Inventory Management:
    Oversee the inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment. 
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: Experience in cleaning operations management, particularly with a focus on commercial or corporate accounts.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of Cleaning Procedures: Knowledge of various cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Budgeting and Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
