A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Compliance and welfare supervisor, who will work across our client sites

They will require to be SIA licenced – Security Guarding/Door Supervision

Duties as a Compliance and Welfare Supervisor

• Looking over security and cleaning contracts ensuring the compliance and welfare of our security officers and cleaners by conducting welfare visits and delivering documentation, uniform etc
• Ensuring the organisation adheres to legal and ethical standards, focusing on employee well-being and compliance with regulations
• Oversee the implementation of compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance to employees on relevant processes and policies
• Additionally you will liaise with site staff, ensuring they meet targets and contribute to a positive and safe work environment 

• A valid SIA Licence – Door Supervision/Security Guarding
• Full driving licence 
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential has full training will be given
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisions during incidents and difficult situations
• Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner.
