Cleaning Training Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Training Manager, who will work at our client’s prestigious sites.

Duties as a Cleaning Training Manager

• Provide training to new and existing colleagues on the cleaning specification that have been agreed between Bidvest Noonan & National Express/West Midlands Travel.
• Identify & address any areas of retraining.
• Ensure quality / cleaning audits are conducted as per contractual agreement.
• Provide motivation to onsite teams to ensure standards are maintained.
• Attend site pre joint audit and following joint audits to ensure standards are up to standard or corrective action is taken (where applicable)
• Attend joint audits with the client (where applicable)
•  Ensure H&S regulations are always met by the onsite teams and report any issues to the onsite teams / Operations management team and Key Account Manager.
• Provide regular and in-depth feedback to the management team.
• Ensure sites have adequate stock levels, to ensure standards can be maintained. Ordering of any stock will be via the onsite management or regional admin manager.
• Attend new colleague cleaning role interviews, were applicable
• Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
• Monitor training matrix to ensure full compliance of all required training elements across the contract.
• Identify possible future compliance risks.
• Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
• Prepare reports for senior management, client and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
• Writes and distributes documents that educate others on how to improve compliance & quality.
• Examine and improve auditing processes to prevent compliance issues or resolve them in a timely manner.
• Monitor all aspects of quality compliance across the contract, and report back any issues/ findings to wider management team as required. 

Job role requirements as a Cleaning Training Manager

• In-depth knowledge of the cleaning industry’s standards and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning procedures and record keeping.
• Be able to communicate effectively to all levels of the contract team and the clients team.
• Will be expected to participate in the monthly KPI meetings with the client.
• BICS certification would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong training experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
• Experience of working within the transport industry.
• Ability to triage workload and meet deadlines.
