About The Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily allocation of staff
  • Arrange covering absences (sick/holiday)
  • Supervising cleaning operatives
  • Conducting daily audits (TASK)
  • Dealing with issues such as: Mngmt/Client request, ad hoc event
  • Attending meetings/trainings
  • Suggesting trainings required
  • Completing assessments such as: probationary review, appraisal
  • Conducting PIP, 1:1 meetings
  • Approving holiday requests as per Annual leave policy
  • Updating Holiday/Absence tracker as per Sickness absence policy
  • Deliver correct timesheet weekly
  • Reporting payroll issues to Admin and Site Manager (missing hours, overpayment)
  • Reporting incidents/accidents to Site Manager and complete incident form
  • Reporting Hazards to Site Manager and if urgent report to Client/Security immediately (water leak)
  • Updating employee folder with sick certs/fit to work/hol forms/training certs
  • Respecting chain of command/escalation points when reporting
  • Not sharing Bidvest Noonan information with Client as per Code of Conduct policy
  • Problem solving
  • Dealing with difficult personalities and situations according to Bidvest Noonan policies
  • Delivering Toolbox talk
  • Attending/organizing Wellbeing meeting monthly
