Weekend Cleaning Supervisor

Role Requirements:

• Complete all required training items (SOP’s, IPC, BIICS, etc.) within the associated timeframes prior to performing any associated tasks
• Comply with all PUH SOP’s Environmental, Health & Safety policies / procedures & associated with the tasks to be performed
• Lead by example as a stable and focused team member
• Act with authority, ensuring that all work is delivered to the agreed standards and via set procedures.
• Report all incidents to the Bidvest Noonan Manager as soon as they arise
• Assist with ad hoc requests from our client, reporting all requests to Direct Report
• Complete handover to Direct Report before end of shift, reviewing daily activities along with any concerns/comments arise during the shift

• Start and end of shift meetings with team to review daily action, previously daily actions / outstanding actions, recording on AM & PM Team Meetings Report
• Conduct visual inspections of assigned area – Record and forward report to Direct Report
• Identify and report any elements of non-conformance as they arise
• Review and sign all documentation that governs works, arranging corrections with team members
• Ensure all documentation is completed in real time
• Ensure all areas are keep clean to the highest standard
• Training of  all team members
• Ensure team member have required Training & Access for working area
• Monitor the performance of team members and report any observations / comment
• Ensure Audits are completed by team members and return audit to Direct Report
• Assist with Consumable Delivery
•  Complete Audit identified on Audit planner
