About The Role

Logistics and Security Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Corporate Logistics and Security Manager, who will work at our client’s prestigious premises in London. 

We require the Manager to be SIA licenced – Security Guarding/Door Supervision

The Logistics Manager is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.

DUTIES

  • Ensuring all Loading Bay Operations and requirements are successfully fulfilled and delivered by the Loading Bay Security team and operatives.  In line with Site procedures. This will include all site deliveries and collections, Goods Lift and parking bay allocations and operations, via the designated site system. Along with the Post Room operations, systems and service delivery to all Clients and tenants, in its entirety.
  • Attend regular Senior Security Management and Client/Tenant meetings, briefing to executive level when required.
  • Responding to and managing any situations/incidents in line with site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalation protocols.
  • Assist with any required investigations and reporting, using the relevant systems.
  • Providing reports, via the Client systems, ensuring the service level expected by the Client and Tenants is maintained.
  • Ensuring full compliance to GDPR protocols in all matters, including investigation records and databases.
  • Oversee the proactive management/monitoring of all Loading Bay related systems, and ensure immediate and effective response, to mitigate risk and impact to the Client and tenants.
  • Lead on improvement plans and projects when required, and conducting presentations with the Client and Tenants.
  • Continual training and development of the Loading Bay team, to uphold service excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A valid SIA Licence.
  • 2 years minimum experience in corporate security Management / Loading Bay environment.
  • Have knowledge of Assignment Instructions (AI’s)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer/Client focused
  • Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.
  • Basic computer literacy required
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner.
