A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan Facilities Solutions for a high-profile Account Director for our London Security Solutions business.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative and is a team player with strong leadership skills.
Key responsibilities of the Key Account Director
· Develop and execute a long-term strategic account plan aligned with the customer’s business objectives and growth ambitions.
· Act as the primary senior point of contact for the customer, fostering strong executive-level relationships and trust
· Facilitate quarterly and annual business reviews with customer leadership, presenting insights, progress, and future plans
· Responsible for the delivery of the security services across our customers portfolio as detailed and agreed within the scope of contract
· Responsible for the Profit and Loss balance sheet for all aspects of the contract. All additional income, expenditure and unaccounted costs are to be controlled and reported monthly.
· Responsible for the development and implementation of all employee resources, processes, and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the details of the Assignment Instructions
· Responsible for the standards of service delivery in line with the Service Level Agreement
· Develop fantastic working relationships with all internal customer stakeholders
· Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives across the portfolio
Operations Leadership and Management
· To provide strategic leadership in line with contractual obligations
· To implement a full security survey and risk assessment programme annually to identify and record inherent or emerging security risks to the account
· To implement and maintain Account Security Strategy and Risk Register documents
Staff, Management and Compliance
· Ensure all staff employed on the contract are compliant with; BS 7858: Security Screening code of practice and Private Security Licencing Act
· Ensure all staff have clear objectives and a good understanding of their role by ensuring all buildings have a detailed set of assignment instructions
· To review and input into a comprehensive training plan covering all sections of the Assignment instructions
· Ensure a full and comprehensive audit of services are conducted quarterly
·Oversee all areas of compliance across the portfolio, including Risk Assessments, AI's, Training Records, Risk Registers and more
· Oversee all aspects of ER on the portfolio ensuring we are mitigating any potential risk to the business whilst supporting our frontline colleagues
· All aspects of people management and leadership of designated team
Key skills and experience required for a Key Account Director
· Will hold a valid SIA licence, and valid IOSH Managing Safety certificate
· Hold a Level 5 Management certificate or equivalent (or willing to work towards)
· Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
· Advanced Timegate skills preferable
· Hold a valid First Aid at Work Certificate
· Have a clear understanding and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
· Have excellent motivational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to demonstrate methodical and organised ways of working
· Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
· Team player with strong leadership skills
· Articulate, persuasive and assertive
· Flexible with attention to detail
