Specialist & Industrial Team Leader - Milton Keynes (National)

 A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Team Leader within our Southern Team. 

Duties as a Team Leader

• Manage a small team of operatives working remotely away from the GB Specialist and Industrial base in Milton Keynes
• To ensure that all works are completed within the target times set
• Conduct quoting as required using the appropriate platform ensuring all costs are considered and presented professionally
• Tasks include but not limited to: window cleaning, jet washing, carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, gutter cleaning, high level cleaning
• Operate machinery
  
• Working flexibly to meet client and team needs
• Ensure all works carried out by the Specialist Services team are completed with a Safety-First culture
• Completing weekly reports

Qualifications and Skills

• Full Driving License - essential
• PASMA/IPAF license
• Cleaning experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Organisational and time-management skills
• Honest & Trustworthy
