Working Cleaning Supervisor

Schedule of the role:

• 8-11 hours daily, Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week, shifts between10am-9pm

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervising the work of the crew.
• Training new hires.
• Overseeing the maintenance of the team's schedule.
• Reporting to senior management.
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
• Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes
• Cleaning duties

Requirements:

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
• Teamwork skills
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and personal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of English as a must
