Bidvest Noonan invites you to explore a fantastic opportunity as Cluster Support Manager to support the operation and site teams. Our Cluster Security Support Manager provides critical support to the Operations Team as well as our clients and internal departments to ensure that exceptional service levels are continually delivered.
The role is designed to support our Operations Team for a large multinational client, providing administrative and operational support as well as liaising with other departments and suppliers in order to provide the best service possible to clients.
This is a varied and fast paced role within a busy group of teams! The right candidate will be expected to use their own initiative and be capable of thinking on their feet to resolve queries or issues.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and support the Cluster Account Manager daily.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance safety, compliance and service quality.
- Support the Cluster Account Manager in best practice people management by ensuring that all Bidvest Noonan HR policies and procedures are embedded within the contract.
- Leading by example and ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with statutory, regulatory and company safety and quality standards
- Delivering a high quality, customer focused service through strong leadership and assisting in the development of a customer driven culture
- Plan and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure each task is completed efficiently
- Point of contact for operation and site teams enquiries, to respond to and resolve customer requests.
- Providing advice, guidance and training to site team for using systems in conjunction with the Training Account Manager
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and induction programmes
- Ensuring that all employees are recruited, vetted and fully licensed in accordance with legislation and agreed client and Bidvest Noonan HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with teams to ensure high standards of reporting and compliance.
- Adhering to Bidvest Noonan and client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times
- Provide a professional service in all internal and external communications.
- Administration duties within the team – rostering, spreadsheets, presentations, letters etc
- Invoicing queries support
- Roster management and pay queries
Required Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid PSA Licence
- Previous experience in a similar role, deemed essential
- Strong communication, customer support and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive productivity
- Ability to resolve issues or problems and work as part of a team or independently.
- Excellent written and numeracy skills for preparing rosters, timesheets, and various reports.
- The ability to prioritise and manage a dynamic workload.
- Strong MS Office skills –Excel, Outlook and Word
- Dependable and flexible.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
