Cleaning Area Manager

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire an Cleaning Area Manager for the Dublin Region . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customers within their allocated area receive excellent standards of service, that their agreed specification of work is maintained, that all areas are being cleaned to required standards and that all staff are adhering to Company Health & Safety regulations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• To work to the values of the company mission and vision statement
• To provide a professional service and represent Bidvest Noonan and ensure total customer satisfaction
• To ensure that contracts are supervised in the most effective manner by maximising efficiency and minimising costs.
• To provide professional leadership and guidance to staff
• To maintain regular contact with customers, resolving any problems and establish good working relationships with all customers to help drive repeat business
• To prioritise Health & Safety and strive towards eliminating all avoidable accidents
• To ensure all aspects of their allocated areas comply with company procedures.
• To endorse and ensure new Company initiatives are implemented effectively
• To ensure all staff receive necessary training to enable them to complete their job effectively
• To ensure all administration is completed accurately and on schedule, including payroll

Requirements:

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills - the provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role
• Must have proven leadership skills
• Practical and logical approach to problem solving
• High standards of personal presentations
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written English
• Must have a responsible attitude, a methodical approach to work and comply with the Company’s Policies and Procedures, Health and Safety Legislation and Statutory Requirements.
• Full clean drivers’ licence (essential)
