Hours: 40 Hours per week, flexible shift pattern working alternate weekends
Rate of pay: €15.41 + Team Leader Allowance, €3.44 an hour Sunday premium, subsidised parking, cycle to work scheme
Qualifications: PSA Licence essential
Experience: 1+ Years in a similar environment
Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Security Team Leader for one our prestigious shopping centre clients located in Swords. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with excellent leadership skills.
Due to immediate service requirements, this role is open to applicants who hold EU/EEA citizenship with the right to work in Ireland without restriction. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to support visa applications or work permits for this role at this time.
The Role:
- Carry out the duties of Team Leader as required by the operation
- Support the Site Supervisors and Site Manager in the performance management of staff, which will include appraisal, disciplinary, absenteeism monitoring, individual conduct and personal contribution
- Ensure compliance with the Site Specific and Bidvest Noonan operating instructions
- Support the development of Bidvest Noonan Security Officers
- Ensure that all employees are conversant with and comply with the company’s policies in relation to Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
- General security duties
- Any other reasonable Security duties requested
- Carry out all other requirements as stated in the client specific Assignment Instructions
The Person:
• Previous experience in a similar role essential
• Proficient in both written and spoken English communication
• Professional approach to all situation and possess and displays initiative and shows attention to detail.
• Has a friendly manner when dealing with customers and vendors
• Proactive in areas of customer service delivery and ability to maintain positive relationships across the team.
• Energetic, innovative and fully understands the customer’s needs. Ensures that all activities and decisions within their role are for the benefit of the customer at all times.
