A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Mobile Cleaniner The role is to support the Area supervisor in the core cleaning service delivery to our customer. As an Mobile Cleaner, you will know what operational excellence looks like and can effectively drive delivery of this via strong relationships with your colleagues. You’ll be someone who gets ‘stuck in’ and wants to be part of an already strong and established team; this is a hands-on role you will be expected to cover sites that are required on a dedicated cleaning round.
Responsibilities of the Mobile Cleaner:
- To actively support cleaning activities for site cover on a dedicated mobile round.
- To support training and development of site teams to ensure the delivery of cleaning services daily is compliant and meets the satisfaction of the customer.
- Monitoring of stock levels and requesting replenishment where required.
Requirements of the Area Supervisor:
- Clean driving licence.
- Experience of cleaning services
- A neat and tidy appearance is always expected.
- You are required to be flexible to meet the customer’s and company’s expectations.
- You will be required to travel to various sites.
