Site Security Supervisor - Static

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites.

Key Responsibilities of the Security Site Supervisor

• Supervise daily security operations and allocate tasks effectively across the team.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, customers, and visitors.
• Liaise with Gardaí and emergency services as necessary.
• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure all record keeping complies with GDPR standards.
• Complete all reports and incident documentation accurately and on time.
• Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Ensure team compliance with all security policies, procedures, and site regulations.
• Support and implement emergency response and compliance protocols.
• Train, coach, and support team members in operational and emergency procedures.
• Review performance, conduct appraisals, and hold corrective or coaching interviews when needed.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation, professionalism, and customer service across the team.
• Promote teamwork, clear communication, and a positive working environment.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the Services Manager.

Key Requirements of the Security Site Supervisor

• QQI Level 4 in Basic Guarding Skills (or equivalent).
• Valid PSA Static Security Licence.
• Minimum 1 year of experience within the security industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
• Valid work permit/visa (if applicable).
• Basic IT skills (email, reporting systems, and CCTV monitoring).
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
