Working Cleaning Supervisor

Schedule of the role:

• 12.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 5pm-9pm evening shift supervision and duties. Flexibility required with start times- 6.30pm start some evenings. 2.5hrs per day.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing workflow.
• Training new hires.
• Creating and managing team schedules for areas
• Reporting to both Area Manager and Key Account Manager.
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
• Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes
• Cleaning of the scheduled areas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of English as a must
• All candidates will require to undergo through vetting process which could take up to 3 weeks
