Cleaning Trainer

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Trainer to join our team. The Cleaning Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining excellence in cleaning practices across all facilities.

Key Responsibilities of the Cleaning Trainer:

• Develop and deliver training programs for cleaning staff, including induction and refresher courses.
• Train employees on proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify training needs and implement solutions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training materials.

Key Requirements of the Cleaning Trainer:

• Previous experience in cleaning operations and/or training roles within the Healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions.
• Certification in health and safety (preferred).
• Preferably to have Train the trainer,  BICS/IPC trainings, Manual Handling
• A full, clean driving licence
