Security Supervisor

About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a site Security Supervisor based at one of our prestige's clients in Ballycollin, Dublin 15.

Position: Full Time

The Site Supervisor role is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.

Key Duties

• Act as an ambassador for the company
• Follow on site security requirements including access control and CCTV
• Report any security events in the onsite log and follow escalation procedures
• Access control
• Visitors first point of contact
• Deal with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as required
• Complete all reports in a clear format and with the SLA's
• Liaise with Bidvest Noonan and client management teams regarding any security issues or problems
• Customer Care Experience
• Oversee and supervisor the operations of the security team.
• Ensure all security protocols are followed
• Support with training security team

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures
• Ability to work with confidential and classified information
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• 5-year verifiable history
• Valid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Customer/Client focused
• Must be able to work in a fat pace environment, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations
• Basic computer literacy required
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to respond to issues in an effective, efficient and calm manner
