Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Landscaper to maintain the outdoor areas of our shopping centre. This is a part-time role requiring 5 hours per week, focused on ensuring the grounds remain clean, safe, and visually appealing for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

•            Weeding: Regular removal of weeds from flower beds, pathways, and landscaped areas.

•            General Grounds Maintenance:

•            Sweeping and tidying outdoor areas.

•            Pruning shrubs and small plants.

•            Maintaining pathways, borders, and green spaces.

•            Reporting any damage or hazards to management.

•            Presentation: Ensuring landscaping contributes to a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Requirements

•            Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or horticulture preferred.

•            Basic knowledge of plants, soil care, and safe use of gardening tools.

•            Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

•            Physical fitness to carry out manual outdoor work.

•            Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of presentation.

Working Hours

•            5 hours per week (flexible scheduling, ideally spread across 1–2 days).

•            Shopping Centre CR - 17 & Central Mall, Walthamstow

Employment Details

•            Part-time, hourly paid role.

•            All tools and equipment provided by the shopping centre.

•            Reports directly to the Soft Service Manager.
