About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a site Night Security Supervisor based at one of our corporate clients.

Position: Full Time

Hours: Monday – Sunday:19.00-07.00

Rate of Pay: €17.41.00 p/h

We require candidates to be PSA licenced.

The Site Supervisor role is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.

Key Duties

• Act as an ambassador for the company
• Follow on site security requirements including access control and CCTV
• Report any security events in the onsite log
• Access control
• Visitors first point of contact
• Deal with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as required
• Complete the onsite paperwork in a clear format
• Liaise with Bidvest Noonan Management regarding any security issues or problems
• Customer Care Experience

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate would need to meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to work back-to-back night shifts with the current Night Supervisor
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Good understanding of security operations and industry standards
  • Confident using systems and technology in a work environment
  • Experience creating and managing rosters, ideally using Excel
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage staff, handle issues as they arise, and follow procedures
