Culinary Team Cleaning Supervisor

• Manage day to day cleaning schedules of kitchens
• Maintain cleaning records
• Monitor/audit standard of work to ensure compliance with SOP's and client requirements
• Rostering of the team
• Liaise with client and respond to requests in a professional and prompt manner
•  

• HACCP Training preferred but not essential as required training will be provided
• Previous experience cleaning in a kitchen environment preferred
• Previous experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role essential
• Proven track record of managing people and organising activities of a team
• Previous customer service experience
