Carpark Security Officer - Athlone

Duties:

• Maintain operation at car park and ensure customers get high quality service and satisfaction.
• Carry out regular patrol of parking areas.
• Ensure a safe, hazard free, and clean parking environment.
• Assisting with staff parking.
• You will be required to be flexible in this position and must be prepared to undertake such other work as may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and to relate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to carry out functions professionally
• Highly energetic, confident, reliable, punctual, and proactive individual who can multi task
• Ability to give attention to detail and perform tasks accurately
• Experience working before as a parking, patrol, or security officer ( an advantage but not essential )
