Schedule of the Role:

• Day shifts -12 hours shifts
• Minimum of 40 Hours per week

Rate per Hour:

• €18.50 + standard ERO rates for overtime, Sunday/bank holiday pay and service pay scale

Benefits:

Role Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Bidvest Noonan Management and the National Call Centre regarding any security issues or problems.
• Act as an ambassador for Bidvest Noonan conducting your activities in a professional and courteous way.
• Patrolling of Dublin City Centre Parks ensuring a safe environment for patrons. 
• Ability to remain calm and approachable even during busy or stressful periods, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with security.
• Ability to deal with adverse situations and have the ability to de-escalate them. 
• Deal with emergency situations as per Assignment Instructions.
• Keen eye for potential security risks, with the ability to address issues proactively.
• The role involves physical activity, including patrolling and standing for extended periods, so applicants should be physically fit and able to perform such duties effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Complete End of Shift report detailing activities conducted throughout the day.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years verifiable history.
• Full flexibility.
• A full clean driving licence is essential.
• Good knowledge of Dublin City Centre.
• A valid PSA Licence.
