About The Role

 

Operations coordinator – Cleaning

Reporting to – Contract Operations Lead

Location - Dublin

Key deliverables are:

  • Client engagement at all levels
  • People management
  • KPI and standards conformance
  • Operational and Commercial performance
  • Implement and support change.

 

Main Responsibilities (not limited to*):

  • The primary role is to ensure that the contracted operational service delivery, audit readiness (using the company auditing tool) and compliance is managed and delivered for the Client.
  • Manage, train, motivate and develop a team Cleaning Staff (supervisors and cleaning operatives), ensuring full attendance with a pool of fully trained relief staff for cleaning roles.
  • Assess performance of staff and identify training needs.
  • Development of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders on each site.
  • Manage and develop client relationship, respond their needs and daily interaction.
  • Develop Bidvest Noonan as the preferred and expert supplier to this client for the provision of cleaning services and grow additional service lines.
  • Retention of existing contract and identify new business opportunities for Bidvest Noonan on site.
  • Ensure the contract is operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and is regularly audited in line with specification.
  • Ensure business sector is fully compliant with Industry Standards, relevant employment legislation, ISO and Company procedures & policies.
  • Prioritise health and safety at all levels.
  • Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site.
  • Ensure adequate staff levels on sites.
  • Weekly reporting to Operations Manager on site performance.
  • Endorse new ESG Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site.
  • Ensure that staff are adhering to policies and procedures on site.
  • Carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections to maintain such conditions.

     

    The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in the Soft Services sector with cleaning contracts.
  • Previous experience interacting and communicating with client senior management team.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have excellent IT skills.
  • Will have knowledge of reporting requirements within and understanding of KPI’s.
  • Highly flexible with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to any issues.
  • Practical and logical approach to problem solving.
  • Be a team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
  • Develop, implement, drive, and support the performance metrics.
