Mobile Security Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Mobile Security Supervisor, who will work across our client’s premises.

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

We require Officers to be SIA licenced – Security Guarding/Door Supervision

The Mobile Security Supervisor is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.

Duties as a Mobile Security Supervisor

• Travelling between multiple sites covering up to 45 miles
• Responding to alarm responses
• Welfare visits to corporate sites
• To be active on site at the shift start time, complying with ‘Assignment Instructions’
• Demonstrate quality customer service and have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Escalate any issues of concern or risk to the relevant management
• Complete an entry for each day, document license declaration, records breaks and all relevant daily operational information
• Seek to identify potential risks and takes action to mitigate any threat
• To be point of contact for all emergency situations
• Ensure the site visits are completed as per the monthly target

Job role requirements of Mobile Security Supervisor

• Hold a valid SIA Licence – Door Supervision/Security Guarding
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have previous experience in the security industry
• Be flexible and reliable to meet the role requirements
• Be able to work without supervision and as a member of a team
• Be at ease with using technology to submit reports and communicate with support teams, clients, and management
• Be comfortable dealing with client staff and management and communicating/escalating issues.
