Site Security Supervisor (Pharma)

Position: Full-Time | Permanent
Location: Dublin 15 (Pharmaceutical Client)
Hours: 4 days per week, 7am–7pm (48 hours per week)
Rate of Pay: €19.00 per hour
Requirements: Valid PSA Licence

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Site Security Supervisor to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical site in Dublin 15. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant environment while leading a high-performing security team.

Key Responsibilities of a Site Security Supervisor:

• Lead and supervise the on-site security team.
• Manage rosters and staffing levels.
• Enforce security protocols and conduct regular patrols. 
• Oversee access control and CCTV monitoring.
• Respond to incidents and complete reports.
• Liaise with client management.
• Deliver training on fire safety, emergency procedures, and site policies.

Key Requirements of the Site Security Supervisor:

• 2+ years supervisory experience (advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Proficient with CCTV, alarm systems, and reporting software.
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• 5-year verifiable background and valid full-time work visa.
• Strong customer focus and excellent English.
