A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Officer Receptionist, who will work at our client’s premises. This is a high-profile Security Officer Receptionist position; you therefore must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.
The Security Officer receptionist is required to provide an efficient, effective, and professional service. Excellent timekeeping is essential.
Purpose of Role
To provide an efficient, polite and welcoming reception service, for both telephone and personal callers.
Must hold a valid SIA Licence

- High standards of both punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability
- Must have good IT skills in word, excel, outlook and Teams
Client responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuring correct booking in processes are followed to book visitors/clients and deliveries it to site
- To develop excellent relationships with all visitors, management and external contractors and suppliers
- To ensure the delivery of a high level of customer service
- To ensure all telephone calls, both incoming and outgoing, are dealt with in a timely, efficient and polite manner to ensure all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- To ensure the reception area is tidy and always well presented, and that sufficient information leaflets etc are always available.
- To maintain an up to date out of hours contact telephone list.
- To ensure a high level of communication is maintained with all relevant individuals within the site
- Support the management team during any centre emergency procedures.
- Help manage all aspects of the car park when required.
- Manage the centre’s lost & found property.
- Ability to take responsibility for problems that client staff and visitors may have Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Display the highest standard of personal presentation to maintain the image of Bidvest Noonan and the client
- Carry out all reception duties as agreed with the site and as stated in the Assignment Instructions
- Respond to all incidents and on the odd occasion help in patrol duties across site including internal and external area, when support is required.
- Respond to First Aid incidents if required.
