Job Title: Cleaning Operative / Grounds Person

Location: Mercedes-Benz, Boucher Road

Hours & Days: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 13:30 (6.5 hours per day)

Pay Rate: £13.27 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative / Grounds Person to join our team at a prestigious customer site on Boucher Road.

This is a hybrid role, combining both internal cleaning (housekeeping) duties and external grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:

• Maintain washrooms to a high standard throughout the day
• Ensure showroom areas are clean, presentable, and well-maintained
• Carry out detailed cleaning within showroom and back-of-house areas
• Respond to any ad-hoc cleaning requirements as needed

Grounds Duties:

• Ensure external showroom areas are clean, tidy, and presentable
• Carry out general outdoor maintenance tasks
• Grounds work will be seasonal and weather-dependent

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to carry out both indoor and outdoor duties
• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
