Cleaning Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our client’s prestigious site

Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
  
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team

Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Do you have a minimum 2 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners?
• Do you have a full UK drivers license?
• Do you have knowledge of COSHH?
• Do you have a good eye for detail?
• Are you reliable and trustworthy?
• Can you  work well with a team?
• Do you take pride in your work?
• Are you flexible to meet needs of the business?
