Customer Service AmbassSecurity Officer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Customer Service Ambassador, working onsite with our clients. You'll be someone who is able demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users. In this role, your main driver will be client satisfaction, continually monitoring both internal and external areas to ensure delivery. You'll pride yourself on working with the individuals, dealing with conflict and emergency's  when needed, adhering to all policies. 

• Patrol as instructed and serve as a general security presence and as a visible deterrent
• Detect and report suspicious activities
• To provide an open and consistent communication interface between the Client and Management
• To be fully aware of all emergency and evacuation procedures
• To administer First Aid as per training and legislation
• To be able to complete basic Fire Fighting and Fire prevention procedures

Skills & Experience required 

• Do you have a valid SIA licence? (Door Supervision/Security Guarding)
• Are you someone who will thrive of delivering a service every day? You'll respond to customer needs in a professional and timely manner. 
• Are you able to build and maintain professional relationships with both our customers and clients? ensuring that they view us as professionals. 
• Acknowledge our customers in a polite and professional manner and recognise regular customers by name so that our individual customers feel valued
• Act with honesty, integrity and treat our customers the way you want to be treated
