  • Identify and respond to security risks within the logistics environment, including unauthorised access, discrepancies, or suspicious activity
  • Work in coordination with site teams to ensure that security controls support safe and uninterrupted operations, without compromising compliance
  • Ensure all activities align with Corporate Security direction and site security procedures

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across manufacturing, R&D, and supply functions

  • Support and lead internal and external audits

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive performance against agreed KPIs and service standards
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and service enhancement
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement across the security function

 People Management & Development

  • Lead all aspects of team development, including:
    • Training, mentoring, and performance management
    • Appraisals and development planning
    • Compliance with licensing and competency requirements
  • Ensure workforce capability aligns with the complexity of the environment

Working Pattern
