Senior Operation Manager

Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple client sites in the Limerick region. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader with a proven track record in operations management, client relationship management, and delivering high-quality security services.

Key Responsibilities of the Security Operations Manager :

• Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple sites.
• Lead, motivate, and develop site management and security teams.
• Ensure contractual KPIs, service standards, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Manage resources, staffing levels, budgets, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and security regulations.

Key Requirements of the Security Operations Manager :

• Previous experience in a Security Operations Manager, Area Manager, Contract Manager, or similar leadership role.
• PSA Licence required.
• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing multiple sites and operational performance.
• Commercial awareness with budget management experience.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Full clean driving licence - Essential
