Industrial Operations Support Manager 
 
Location: Swords 
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
 
Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Support Manager to join our Industrial and Specialist Services Division. 
Reporting to the Strategic Account Leader, the Operations Support Manager will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the division's operational and strategic objectives. The role is responsible for managing the Operations Support team, supporting strategic initiatives, supporting Regional Managers nationwide, and ensuring the efficient coordination of operational support functions.

Key Responsibilities 

Lead, mentor and develop the Operations Support team, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and service standards are consistently achieved. 

Support the Strategic Account Leader in delivering the division's strategic objectives and operational priorities. 

Lead the implementation, rollout and continuous improvement of operational systems, including TASK CAFM and other business software platforms. 

Support Regional Managers with operational planning, problem solving and administrative requirements to ensure consistent service delivery. 

Oversee recruitment administration and onboarding activities through Dayforce, acting as a change champion to drive successful implementation, user adoption, and continuous process improvement. 

Coordinate and support mobilisation activities for new contracts and business growth opportunities. 

Produce and maintain operational documentation including RAMS, mobilisation packs, insurance documentation, SOPs and client-specific documentation. 

Support divisional compliance by coordinating internal and external audits, preparing audit documentation, organising site visits and working with operational teams to ensure contractual and statutory compliance requirements are met. 

Monitor operational KPIs, and lead successful client trackers. 

Support financial administration including invoicing, and other operational controls where required. 

Maintain accurate records across internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance. 

Support employee relations processes, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management procedures, ensuring all matters are managed in line with company policies, employment legislation and best practice. 

Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency and customer experience. 

Key Requirements 


Previous experience in an Operations Support, Operations Management or Business Support role. 

Experience managing and developing an administration or operational support team. 

Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously. 

Experience supporting operational improvement projects and systems implementation. 

Understanding of compliance, audit preparation and operational governance processes. 

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. 

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

Experience using CAFM, workforce management or operational software systems (TASK, Dayforce or similar) is advantageous. 

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. 

A proactive, adaptable and solution-focused approach. 

Full clean driving licence is desirable.
